Question for the Amway - Quixtar leaders

If your program, your products, your compensation plan, and your support structure is so effective as stated in your literature and presentations, why not make the training more affordable for your IBOs?
Wouldn't it make more sense to offer legitimate empowering tools at or near cost so the average participant will be able to move or purchase more products rather than spending on training?
If more products are moving through the system and reaching consumers, wouldn't that reduce current production costs? Wouldn't this allow you to maximize the existing compensation plan?
As a nearly fifty year old company, why does there seem to be confusion with the Corporate Mission Statement and the Field Leadership (IBOAI) about what is the core business?
