I have written about Larry Winget in previous posts.
If you can imagine a cross between Zig Ziglar and Morton Downey Jr. - that would come close to describing Larry.

A&E now has a reality show with Larry Winget called Big Spender. The premise of the show is that Larry counsels people whose finances are out of control and he offers his "holding-no-punches" advice to help them regain stability.

Everyone knows a "big spender"--the person who lives well, but who cannot really afford their lifestyle. Well, they're about to get a major financial kick in the pants by our personal money expert, Larry Winget. He takes no prisoners. In Big Spender, an intervention is staged in which a person is confronted with hidden camera footage which reveals his/her spending frenzy.
